Join us in celebration as we award scholarships to graduating Seniors from Deer Park High School and Junior Ambassadors from the Deer Park Chamber Foundation!

Registration Cancellation by the Chamber

The Deer Park Chamber of Commerce (DPC) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the non-viable event. 

If DPC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, DPC has the right to transfer registration to the same event for the future date. 

Please note: Outdoor events are considered 'Rain or Shine' and shall not be eligible for refunds.

Registration Cancellation by the Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 7 business days before the event. 

  • Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a  refund, less any credit card fees.
  • No-shows will be invoiced unless the cancellation notice is received by the deadline.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted by email only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment, minus the credit card processing fees.
  • Sponsorship cancellations must be 90 days prior unless publicity has begun. If company has received publicity, no cancellation/refund will be given.
  • Meal Tickets only: Lunch, Breakfast, etc. The deadline to receive a refund is 3 business days before the event as we have to order the food in advance.
