It's an annual event hosted by Kickerinsuresme for American Legion Cortez/Norris Post 319 as a fundraiser. FREE Concert by Christina Wells, Flag Exchange, Flag Retirement Ceremony by members of Cortez/Norris Post 319, FREE Food, Popcorn, drinks, &face painting. Auction Baskets that tickets can be purchased online or in person. If you have a Flag that needs to be retired, bring it with you or contact Joseph Thomas (jthomas77504@yahoo.com)
